He is well known for taking credit for other’s work throughout his career. It hasn’t seemed to have bothered others or him – they supposedly elected him. Too funny. My opinion – he cheated in that picture frame, too.

President Biden incorrectly took credit for establishing the Quad security alliance during the G7 summit in Hiroshima this weekend.
“I doubt many people…would’ve said that two years after being elected, I’d be able to convince India, Australia, Japan, and the United States to form an organization called the Quad,” Biden said.
Biden was off by more than a decade. The Quad was formed in2007 between the U.S., Australia, India, and Japan, and it was the late Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe who came up with the idea.
The informal alliance ended shortly after its initial formation and was not re-established until 2017 by President Trump, who made countering China’s rise a major priority.
