Lou Dobbs, veteran news anchor and political commentator, has died. He was 78. The news of his death was announced on Truth Social by former president Donald Trump, who Lou had become a big vocal supporter of in recent years. Lou’s career saw him become one of the original stars of CNN during its formation in 1979, eventually moving to Fox Business, where he focused on conservative political analysis. In the final years of his life, Lou was known for pushing controversial viewpoints and conspiracy theories, including false claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

Because we conclude that the internet exemption cannot be read to exempt from disclosure those expenditures that are only tangentially related to an eventual internet message or post, the Commission’s reading of the internet exemption stretches it beyond lawful limits,” the ruling read.

Court Just Nailed Hillary for FEC Violation 45x Bigger Than Trump’s $130k So-Called Violation
The Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign and an affiliated super PAC violated federal election law in spending that totaled close to $6 million.
The amount in question is more than 45 times the $130,000 a Manhattan court convicted former President Donald Trump of misreporting in business records during the same 2016 campaign.
It should be noted that the Federal Election Commission and the Justice Department looked at the payments Trump made through his personal attorney at the time, Michael Cohen, to adult film star Stormy Daniels as part of a nondisclosure agreement and declined to prosecute him.
But Democrat Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg chose to bring the case under New York law, bootstrapping the alleged FEC violation as an underlying crime to the state business record violations.
The reimbursement payments made to Cohen were listed by the Trump organization as legal expenses. Bragg argued these payments made to Daniels initially by Cohen amounted to an illegal contribution to the Trump campaign.
Regarding the Clinton campaign case, the D.C. Circuit found the super PAC Correct the Record “set out to engage in a wide range of coordinated activities to support Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.”
“In an administrative complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission, nonprofit watchdog Campaign Legal Center alleges that Correct the Record spent close to $6 million in coordination with the Clinton campaign during the lead-up to the 2016 election, including to conduct polls, hire teams of round-the-clock factcheckers, and connect Clinton media surrogates with radio and television news outlets,” the Court said.
The three-judge panel noted that Correct the Record coordinated all these activities with Clinton’s campaign.
“But it characterized all of the committee’s myriad expenditures — from staff salaries and travel expenses to the cost of commissioning polls and renting offices — as ‘inputs’ to unpaid communications over the internet. For that reason, neither Correct the Record nor the Clinton campaign designated any of Correct the Record’s expenditures as contributions to the campaign,” the ruling said.

Blaming Trump for almost dying
Democrats and their media allies are back to fear-mongering about Trump.
And ABC News lead anchor George Stephanopoulos had the gall to blame Trump for incendiary political rhetoric after he almost got his head blown off.
Fewer than 12 hours after the assassination attempt against Trump, Stephanopoulos told ABC colleague Martha Raddatz, “Of course, President Trump and his supporters have contributed to this violent rhetoric, as well.”
(Oh! Sure – Snow Flake – blame Trump – Biden says ‘time to put Trump in the bulls-eye’ remark.)
And then you have this CA Congress Democrat person stating:
They could not wait to blame Trump for almost getting shot.
Raddatz added, “We were just looking back this morning at some of the things President Trump has said. He warned last March of potential death and destruction if he were charged by the Manhattan district attorney . . . Trump in January warned of bedlam in the country if the criminal charges against him succeeded, and of course, in March he said, ‘Now if I don’t get elected… it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country.’”
They continue to run with the “bloodbath” hoax even though it has been thoroughly debunked.
Trump was very clearly talking metaphorically about the economy.
He said at a rally, “Let me tell you something to China, if you’re listening President Xi, and you and I are friends, but he understands the way I deal. Those big monster car manufacturing plants that you’re building in Mexico right now and you think you’re going to get that, you’re going to not hire Americans and you’re going to sell the cars to us? No. We’re going to put a 100% tariff on every single car that comes across the line, and you’re not going be able to sell those cars. If I get elected. Now, if I don’t get elected, it’s going to be a bloodbath for the country. That will be the least of it.”
He was clearly talking about auto manufacturing vis-à-vis the economy, but the Democrat-controlled media continue to lie about it.
Democrat rhetoric on display
Meanwhile, Democrats have routinely engaged in actual violent rhetoric.
Democrats continue to tell their voters that “our democracy” will end if Trump is re-elected.
(The voters are smarter than you speak – they know right now we aren’t in a democracy under Biden. We don’t have Democracy under Obama and Biden and no law and order.)
If they truly believed that, they would not be offering their sympathies after Trump almost got assassinated.

Their toning down rhetoric lasted about a New York minute. Now they are saying it was staged which is what I suspected immediately – knowing the caliber of their brains which are wired to malfunction when the name TRUMP is stated.
How can they state it was staged when there was blood dripping on his face, one person was killed, and two wounded. And, the hired shooter “dead on the roof top.” That tells us a whole lot about the snow flakes thinking process.

Maxine Waters, a sitting Congress person calling for riots/harassing Republicans which they did. Look at BLM burning/looting and not one person is in jail with millions going up in smoke.
Therefore, these types of statements are flying all over the place and not one person has been charged for their crime.

CNN Host Criticizes Democrat Narrative Around Trump Reelection
While CNN was covering an assassination attempt on the life of former president Donald Trump on July 13, CNN contributor Scott Jennings warned his colleagues that the media’s and Democrats’ exaggeration about a possible second presidency might have real-world repercussions.
According to Jennings, something considerably worse could have happened tonight if the shooter was one inch closer to his mark. The nation is in disbelief, and we desperately need to put our country back together, but we were just inches away from something far more catastrophic. He said he heard that Republicans were shocked and they’re worried about the country and the rhetoric against Donald Trump. If it continues and he is elected, our nation and democracy will come to an end. This is the final election that our country will ever have. These actions have consequences.
Jennings said that the reasons behind the shooter’s actions remained a mystery. The rhetoric around Trump has become really heated, and other forms of violence were brought, including the attempted assassination of judges on the Supreme Court and the near-murder of Republican Steve Scalise at a congressional baseball game. Unfortunately, there are many Americans who are hell-bent on convincing the other half of the nation that the end of the world and The Constitution are imminent if Donald Trump is elected president. All public leaders should understand that this type of extreme rhetoric has real-world repercussions and must be put to a stop. There is no room for political violence.
Former President Trump’s attempted assassination has shocked Bill Maher, but he has downplayed his outrage by saying that others have been metaphorically hurt in the same way.
He said he firmly condemned the shooting. He said he doesn’t care what anyone else thinks about it, and it’s not funny. Because people despise him so much and wish things had turned out differently, he is sure jokes will be made about it, but he is not interested.
