In a bold move to uncover potential national security risks, America First Legal, a nonprofit oversight group, has filed a lawsuit against the Biden-Harris administration. The group alleges that the administration is obstructing an investigation into Ariane Tabatabai, a senior Pentagon employee with links to a pro-Iran influence group. This legal action highlights growing concerns about the administration’s handling of sensitive Middle East relations and potential compromises in national security.
The lawsuit not only targets the investigation into Tabatabai but also encompasses other officials, including former Iran envoy Robert Malley, who is currently under investigation for mishandling classified information. These developments raise serious questions about the integrity of the administration’s foreign policy decision-making process, especially concerning Iran and Israel.
Despite the swirling controversy, Tabatabai was promoted to deputy assistant secretary of defense, leading the force education and training division. This promotion, in the face of ongoing investigations, has only fueled further suspicion and criticism. The Pentagon’s response to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests has been less than satisfactory, citing a “complex processing queue” and “unusual circumstances” as reasons for delays.
“The Biden-Harris administration has appointed pro-Iranian apologists and influence agents to sensitive positions in the departments of defense and state,” Reed Rubinstein, America First Legal’s senior vice president said.
This statement from Rubinstein encapsulates the core of the organization’s concerns. The alleged appointment of individuals sympathetic to Iran to key positions in defense and state departments raises alarming questions about the administration’s priorities and potential vulnerabilities in our national security apparatus.
The lawsuit and FOIA requests have been expanded to include communications since a classified intelligence leak appeared on a pro-Iran Telegram channel. This leak reportedly forced Israel to delay an attack on Iran, sparking suspicions that administration figures may have been involved in releasing the information. America First Legal is now seeking records related to “Iran,” “Israel,” “leak,” “investigation,” and “Telegram” to understand the administration’s response to this critical breach.
The Department of Defense, however, blames the whole issue on a “complex processing queue.”
The Defense Department’s use of bureaucratic language to explain delays in responding to FOIA requests is concerning. This “complex processing queue” excuse seems to be a thinly veiled attempt to avoid transparency and accountability. It’s crucial for the American people to have access to information that could reveal potential threats to our national security and the integrity of our foreign policy.
While the Pentagon denies Tabatabai’s involvement in the leak or being a person of interest in the investigation, the lack of transparency and cooperation with FOIA requests only serves to deepen suspicions. The Biden-Harris administration’s handling of this situation raises serious questions about their commitment to national security and their willingness to prioritize potentially misguided diplomatic efforts with Iran over the safety and interests of the United States and its allies.

Newly released undercover footage appears to show a Democrat operative in Georgia describing events and methods that allegedly helped Democrats gain an edge in the 2020 election, sparking renewed debate over election integrity.
The video, posted by conservative commentator Stephen Crowder on X (formerly known as Twitter), features Joel Caldwell, Operations Director for the Georgia Coalition for the People’s Agenda, discussing tactics used in Atlanta during the election. Caldwell’s statements address issues surrounding a burst water pipe at the State Farm Arena, ballot harvesting, and strategies to increase Democratic vote counts in heavily Democratic areas.
One of the more controversial parts of Caldwell’s discussion centers on the burst water pipe that led to the evacuation of the State Farm Arena during the election’s vote-counting phase. Caldwell states that the water pipe incident allowed election officials to send Republican poll watchers home, while Democratic observers allegedly stayed behind. According to Caldwell, Democratic operatives were then able to oversee the resumption of vote counting in the absence of Republican observers. This event has been widely cited in accusations of election irregularities, with many claiming it was a tactic to exclude Republican oversight.
The footage shows Caldwell commenting on the resumption of counting after Republicans left, claiming that the process led to skewed results. He notes that the vote count in one Atlanta locality showed only around 100 votes for former President Donald Trump, which he characterized as “statistically impossible.” Caldwell explains, “Statistically, you’re downtown. There’s going to be more than a hundred votes for Trump.” He suggests this outcome was manipulated due to the absence of Republican observers, raising questions about the fairness of the vote count in that locality.
In addition to his comments on the water pipe incident, Caldwell also addressed alleged ballot-harvesting efforts, which he describes as being aimed at maximizing Democratic votes. He mentioned specific instances of what he called “ballot harvesting,” where operatives supposedly collected ballots from senior care facilities and dropped them into collection boxes en masse. He cited an example of a man reportedly delivering “a hundred ballots in [a] box,” something Caldwell acknowledged was prohibited under Georgia’s election laws. In his words, “You can’t do that sh*t,” acknowledging that such actions were illegal, yet he claims they were conducted by various groups that were “paying people to do just that.”
