The public knew it was a lie from the start.

November 26, 2024

Liz Cheney’s obsession to bring down Donald Trump ended in utter failure.

Cheney is now facing the consequences of her actions.

And Liz Cheney’s big lie about Donald Trump just imploded after this smoking gun surfaced.

January 6 Committee under fire

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) organized the January 6 Committee to both put Donald Trump in jail and destroy any chance for a political comeback by Trump.

Pelosi handpicked Liz Cheney, a then-Wyoming Congresswoman, to serve as the Republican face of this committee to gaslight the American people into thinking this kangaroo court was a bipartisan endeavor.

But the attempt to weaponize January 6 against Donald Trump died a well-deserved death on November 5 when Donald Trump won re-election.

Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) led an investigation into the January 6 witch hunt.

Loudermilk’s probe didn’t get nearly the attention Pelosi’s January 6th Committee hearings received, but George Washington Law Professor Jonathan Turley wrote that bombshell revelations from Loudermilk’s investigation exposed the committee as looking “less and less credible.”

Turley wrote that the committee was a partisan hatchet job that started from a predetermined conclusion and worked backward from there.

“The House Select Committee to investigate January 6 was comprised of Democrat-selected members who offered only one possible view: that January 6 was an attempt to overthrow our democracy by Trump and his supporters,” Turley stated.

Turley called out the committee for hiring TV producers, selectively editing evidence, such as cutting out Trump telling his supporters to “peacefully” protest, and refusing to allow any contrarian views into the process.

“The committee hired a former ABC News producer to create a slick, made-for-television production that barred opposing views and countervailing evidence. The members, including Republican Vice Chair Liz Cheney, played edited videotapes of Trump’s speech that removed the portion where Trump called on his supporters to protest “peacefully,” Turley continued.

Turley said the committee also ignored or admitted testimony that contradicted the committee’s preferred version of events.

One example of this is how the committee tried to suppress facts that proved Trump offered to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops prior to January 6.

“Yet evidence now shows that Trump personally suggested the deployment of 10,000 National Guard troops to prevent violence,” Turley stated.

The committee tried to hide testimony from the public that would have proved Trump was telling the truth when he said he offered to deploy the guard.

“For example, a transcript includes the testimony of former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Anthony Ornato in January 2022 with Liz Cheney present. Ornato states that he clearly recalled Trump’s offer of 10,000 troops,” Turley added.

A key point the committee pushed in its reports was that Trump slow-walked calling in the Guard that day and watched the protest turn into a riot so he could watch the events unfold on TV.

But Turley noted that it was the Army that bore responsibility for the delay in the National Guard arriving at the Capitol.

“The evidence shows that, at 3:18 p.m., Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy ‘tells sheltering Members of Congress that he is not blocking the deployment of the National Guard and, while referencing the D.C. National Guard, shares that “We have the green light. We are moving.”’ However, the secretary of the Army’s own timeline indicates that the DCNG did not physically leave the Armory until 5 pm,” Turley continued.

The Ashli Babbitt killing

Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt died that day when Capitol Hill Police Officer Michael Byrd gunned her down.

Investigators and the media quickly hailed Byrd as a hero and rejected any suggestions that Byrd wrongly used force in killing Babbitt.

Loudermilk’s report found that Byrd was a troubled officer with a history of disciplinary issues.

“The new report confirms that Byrd had prior disciplinary and training issues, including ‘a failed shotgun qualification test, a failed FBI background check for a weapon’s purchase, a 33-day suspension for a lost weapon and referral to Maryland state prosecutors for firing his gun at a stolen car fleeing his neighborhood,’” Turley explained.

Some of Byrd’s past troubles included questionable uses of his firearm.

“In one incident, detailed in a letter from Loudermilk, Byrd was suspected of lying about the circumstances under which he shot at the fleeing car,” Turley reported.

The facts about what happened on January 6 don’t support Liz Cheney and her fellow committee members’ story.

Americans understood this, which is why a CBS poll taken in 2022 found 76 percent of Americans thought it was a protest that went too far as opposed to an insurrection.

Democrats grasped at straws trying to make January 6 and Trump being a threat to democracy because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris had nothing good to say about the economy and the border – the issues that actually mattered to voters.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Inside the £16trillion Transatlantic Tunnel that would link UK with America in 54 minutes

This is hard to believe when our ground transportation in the U.S. doesn’t even have a high speed train?

A persistent vision is the ambitious proposal for a tunnel connecting Britain and the United States, an immense project with an estimated cost of £15.6 trillion.

The future’s infrastructure projects could revolutionize travel by eliminating the distance between far-off destinations, making what once seemed remote just a short trip away.

Despite the vast 3,400-mile gap, America and Britain maintain a “special relationship” and strong connections.

Currently, a flight from New York to London takes about eight hours, but advocates of the transatlantic tunnel believe it could reduce travel time to that of a typical morning commute.

This century-old concept involves building a tunnel beneath the Atlantic Ocean, which reaches depths of several miles in certain areas.German high speed train

For comparison, the Channel Tunnel stretches a mere 23.5 miles under the sea between England and France and required six years to complete.

Over time, various methods have been proposed for the Transatlantic Tunnel, including routes entirely below the seabed, above it, or a hybrid of both.

Some have envisioned a submerged floating tunnel, positioned roughly 49 meters below the ocean surface, assembled from countless pre-made segments and cables.

This innovative design aims to enable train travel between continents, circumventing the intense pressure of the deep sea while avoiding surface obstacles like ships and extreme weather conditions.

While most agree that the structure would be designed for trains rather than cars, as car journeys would take several days and require additional infrastructure to support drivers.

Vactrains could theoretically reach speeds of up to 5,000mph, shrinking the travel time from London to New York City to a mere 54 minutes.

Jet propulsion has also been suggested as a method to propel the carriages at high speed, but this approach would necessitate an 18-minute deceleration period after reaching maximum speed to ensure safe arrival on the other side.

Despite the massive costs and logistical challenges associated with the concept, no serious proposals are currently under consideration by governments on either side of the Atlantic.

However, in a world where reusable rockets are commonplace and AI is becoming smarter every day, the idea of popping down to London for an afternoon doesn’t seem so outlandish.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Obama Trying to Stay Relevant with Merkel Visit to Sell Her Book.

Wonder why Merkel came to America to sell her book? As we expected – she praised Obama and had a few choice words for President Trump. Since Obama has been further down-graded in the eyes of the citizens, I guess he was trying to make himself feel more important since a lot of “whizz banging” is going on with how Obama, Clooney, and Pelosi cleaned the clock with Biden and wound up the laughing person to run.

We have recently found out Obama which he calls them “his folks” are working for Biden in the White House and therefore has skin in the game with Bidenomics which they can’t explain where the debit dollars were directed. No wonder he was working so hard in the Harris failed campaign for her to win and continue having a spike in the White House.

Thank goodness, the citizens were smart enough to see thru their bag of tricks.

Obama scolds heckler but stays silent on state of Democrats in return to spotlight

Obama scolds heckler but stays silent on state of Democrats in return to spotlight

Former President Barack Obama avoided referencing Democrats’ bruising election defeats during a forum with former German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

The pair’s conversation at the Anthem in Washington, D.C., on Monday marked the first time Obama stepped into the spotlight since Vice President Kamala Harris lost the election to President-elect Donald Trump. At one point, the former president was forced to respond to a heckler in a moment reminiscent of his time on the campaign trail.

Obama campaigned for Harris this fall, at one point chastising black men for their lack of enthusiasm for the vice president. However, he avoided making any overt references to the election during his appearance on Monday evening. His silence comes as some Democrats, including Obama’s own former homeland security secretary, have argued his influence over the party is fading.

Instead of discussing how the Democratic Party could move forward after losing the White House and Senate, Obama reflected upon what inspired him to enter politics and questioned Merkel about her career as a German lawmaker.

The pair’s conversation, which centered on Merkel’s new book, Freedom: Memories 1954-2021, had to be paused when a disrupter in the crowd shouted at Obama, trying to ask him a question near the end of the event.

“People came to listen to Angela Merkel and not you, young lady,” he said. “You can organize your own event, and people can come to listen to you and your questions. But right now, they’re here to listen to Angela Merkel, so be respectful.

Obama’s retorts were enough to drown out the heckler, for which he was applauded, but it was clear the former president grew frustrated with the interruption.

Obama was president during a portion of Merkel’s tenure as Germany’s leader. The pair reflected on their experiences getting into politics during the event.

“I wasn’t raised in a political family, and it wasn’t a focus of my attention. Basically, nothing was a focus of my attention during high school, other than basketball and girls and fun,” Obama said, later saying that “the path was a little bit winding for me; trying to bring about change came first, and then politics was just one possible means of doing it.”

Merkel dwelt on the challenges she felt she faced as a woman in German politics.

“When I entered politics and was a candidate for the chancellorship, I realized rather quickly that there was a reservation. People thought, ‘Will a woman be able to do that?’” she reminisced.

Although Merkel also worked with Trump during his first term in office and offered a scathing review of him in her new book, she, like Obama, avoided mentioning Trump.

Obama did make several subtle references to the current political environment in the U.S.

“Unfortunately, our politics doesn’t always … partly because of changes in media, you don’t have a common conversation,” he said. “It becomes harder and harder, I think, for people to feel that they can reach out and be curious about others.”

“I think that so much of the challenge that we have now in our politics is, how do we get people to feel as if they are genuinely heard, genuinely seen, genuinely respected?” Obama added.

(Obama doesn’t seem to understand – respect is earned not freely given as he expects.)
