Have the media missed the point – THE PEOPLE elected President Trump for just exactly that reason: Biden/Dem’s do not know how to handle the people’s money and voted them out of office.

The fact that Biden’s mind doesn’t/didn’t work since 2020 is why he is trying to destroy the country and the Republican Senate should put a “stop order” on what Biden is doing. The Congress is allowing Biden to make a fool out of himself.

Time for the American people to file a lawsuit against the Democrat’s Biden regime for dereliction of duty. We have to recoup all of this crazy spending they have done.

Biden’s Scorched-Earth Exit: Policies to Hamstring the GOP

 By Eric Thompson

As the Biden administration approaches its final months, critics have accused the White House of engaging in a scorched-earth strategy, implementing controversial policies and executive actions that could complicate the path forward for a potential Republican-led government. This perceived effort to “firebomb everything on the way out the door” has drawn sharp rebukes from conservative lawmakers and commentators.

Economic and Social Policy Controversies

A recent report from Off the Press highlights concerns about last-minute policy moves by the Biden administration. Republican lawmakers allege that these actions are designed to embed progressive initiatives and regulations before President Biden leaves office. For instance, the administration’s push to enact sweeping environmental regulations and finalize executive orders on labor rights and education is seen as a tactic to cement its agenda despite opposition from conservatives.

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) stated, “The Biden administration is working overtime to implement radical policies that Americans didn’t vote for. This is a clear attempt to hamstring the next administration.” Critics argue that such measures are not only politically motivated but also detrimental to the nation’s economic recovery and social stability.

Controversial Warnings and Public Messaging

Adding to the growing discontent is a warning from the Surgeon General about alcohol consumption, a move that many conservatives have interpreted as another example of government overreach. According to the Daily Mail, the guidance cautions against excessive drinking, aligning with broader public health campaigns under the Biden administration. However, opponents claim the messaging unfairly targets personal freedoms and distracts from pressing issues like inflation and border security.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) remarked, “Americans don’t need another lecture from this administration. They need solutions to the crises it created.” The timing of these advisories has further fueled speculation about the administration’s motives, with many seeing them as a way to divert attention from policy failures.

Administrative State Expansion

The administration’s critics have also highlighted efforts to expand the reach of federal agencies through new rules and regulations. For example, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has been advancing stringent emissions standards that could significantly impact industries and consumers. These rules, combined with the administration’s broader climate agenda, have drawn fire from Republican leaders, who argue they place undue burdens on businesses.

“This administration is prioritizing ideological goals over the livelihoods of hardworking Americans,” said House Majority Leader Steve Scalise (R-LA). Many in conservative circles have echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that such measures undermine economic growth and energy independence.

Implications for the Next Administration

The potential return of former President Donald Trump to the White House has intensified scrutiny of the Biden administration’s actions. Trump, the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican nomination, has repeatedly criticized the Biden administration for its “disastrous” policies, pledging to reverse many of its decisions if re-elected. The alleged “firebombing” strategy could complicate these efforts, as unraveling entrenched policies often requires significant time and resources.

“They’re setting landmines for the next administration,” said former Trump advisor Stephen Miller. “It’s a deliberate strategy to sabotage conservative governance.”

A Pattern of Governance

Conservatives argue that this approach is consistent with the administration’s overall governance style. From vaccine mandates to student loan forgiveness proposals, critics say the White House has consistently prioritized divisive and legally dubious policies. The courts have often intervened, striking down measures deemed unconstitutional or beyond the scope of executive authority.

This pattern, coupled with the administration’s recent actions, has left many questioning its commitment to unity and democratic principles. While the Biden administration defends its policies as necessary steps to address systemic issues, conservatives view them as overreach and evidence of a deeply flawed agenda.

Public Reaction

Public opinion remains divided. Progressive voices have lauded the administration’s efforts to enact lasting change, while conservative commentators argue that these moves demonstrate contempt for the electorate. The Daily Mail reports that skepticism about the administration’s intentions is growing among independents and moderate Democrats, potentially influencing the 2024 election landscape.

This proves the voter’s choice – Biden’s Democrats are all DEI’S shoveling “FORCED MANURE” under the guidance of Pelosi/Obama who kicked Biden off the 2024 ticket. Biden’s executive orders are not legal and have to go through Congress.

Trump becomes first ex-president sentenced for criminal conviction in hush money case.

View on Watch

On a chilly Friday morning in lower Manhattan, a 100-foot flag with the words “TRUMP WON TRIFECTA” unfurled at Collect Pond Park while President-elect Donald Trump was sentenced nearby to “unconditional discharge” for falsifying business records – meaning he will not serve jail time, be fined or be put on probation.

The sentencing ended the public show of support and distaste of them as the Trump trial carried on through the election and finished days before he was set to take office. Friday proved no different.

A small, diverse group of MAGA acolytes were there to support the incoming president. To them, the court proceedings are a disgrace, a distraction from Trump’s accomplishments. To others, like the group Rise and Resist who demonstrated at the sentencing, the real disgrace is the fact that Trump will essentially be spared any real consequences for a crime he has been convicted of.

I’ve shown up outside to several courthouse protests since Trump’s hush money trial began last spring. Each time, I watched Trump’s biggest fans as they waved flags and banners and chanted for the former and future presidents. I listened to them claim the legal proceedings are a Democratic witch hunt to hurt the former president’s reputation. This time, I couldn’t escape the feeling that these people represent the thinking of most of the country, certainly those of us who voted.

How else would Trump have been reelected president? My confusion over their support at the start of the trial has become acceptance now that the 2024 election is over and he won.

Was the Trump case and conviction a witch hunt?

Ariel Kohane, 53, said he showed up to express his outrage. The Upper West Side resident was wearing a red yarmulke with “Trump” written on the front.

“He’s not a convicted felon in our hearts and minds, even though he technically is on paper,” Kohane told me.

There is a strong contingent of the United States that agrees with him. When USA TODAY/Suffolk University polled Americans about Trump’s criminal proceedings in October, 38% of respondents said that federal and state prosecutors should not pursue charges against Trump if he lost in November.

On election night, the former president received more than half of the popular vote and secured an Electoral College win, putting the court proceedings against him in limbo.

Opinion: Donald Trump is a convicted felon. We did it, America! We elected a crook!

Kohane said the case shouldn’t have been brought in the first place, and that District Attorney Alvin Bragg should go after “real crime.” He mentioned other cases he believed were the result of political meddling: Daniel Penny, a vigilante former Marine who put a man in a lethal chokehold on the subway in 2023, and Jose Alba, a bodega employee who killed a customer who attacked him in 2022.

“Judges are supposed to be fair and balanced and objective, not subjective,” Kohane told me. “They’re not supposed to be woke in their duties as a judge.”

Staggering number of Americans believe that the government is controlled by a cabal

The crowd of Trump supporters was thinning out when I arrived on the scene. The stragglers were catching up with one another, or being interviewed by reporters.

One man unzipped his jacket to reveal a shirt that read “Black Lives MAGA.” A woman waved a Trump flag around for the cameras. A sign written on copy paper that ended “WE VOTED!!! TRUMP WON!!!” lay on the ground.

Trump supporters display a giant flag outside the Manhattan Criminal Court in New York, Jan. 10, 2025, during US President-elect Donald Trump’s sentencing over cover-up of hush money paid to adult film actress Stormy Daniels.

Every person I spoke with said they didn’t believe the trial was fair. One woman spoke with me about how “Pizzagate,” the “deep state” and a labyrinth of tunnels under the United States that famous people use to run a global pedophile ring are all real.

She’s not alone in her QAnon beliefs – in a 2022 survey, pollster Joel Benenson found that 44% of Americans believe that the government is controlled by a secret cabal.

While I disagree strongly with those beliefs, I have to acknowledge that there are a lot of people who think this way. I’m sure there are plenty of Republicans who aren’t full-fledged conspiracy theorists, but also don’t see a problem with voting for someone who aligns himself with extremists.

Opinion: Turns out Trump is OK with immigrants – if they help his billionaire friends

Trump has more supporters that I realized – and they believe him

The majority of New York City went about its day despite these protests – bystanders walked past the park bundled in coats and hats, fighting the wind whipping around the municipal buildings. When I visited these protests previously, I assumed it was because there aren’t many Trump supporters in the city. I assumed wrong.

Even though there were only a handful of Trump supporters protesting on Friday morning, the president-elect made a 7-point gain in New York City between 2020 and 2024, securing 30% of the votes in the city where he rose to fame.

While I believe Trump is getting off easy, there are many people in the United States – New Yorkers included – who believe the trial was unfair. While the protesters are a small, opinionated group, there are more people who agree with them than you may realize.

Democrats must remember that fighting MAGA extremism requires them to cut through the disinformation, which will require some effort over the next four years to combat this messaging.

KOMMONSENTSJANE – Joe Biden gave one insane reason for a bad decision that left Democrats in disbelief.

01/11/2025

This one was a tough one to put out – Google fought me all the way in this way with words. And, to think I am paying them to use this sight and they treat their customers in this fashion. Wonder if they will ever change? I know that their leader promised they would stop interfering with our words; but, I guess they haven’t got the message, yet?

Schumer states – THE DEMOCRATS ARE INSANE which includes Schumer/Biden. If they are insane – why are they being allowed to make any decisions? Look at the debt and crazy decisions the left has made and the world continues to treat him as if he has all of his marbles.

I guess the world has gone crazy, too!

Joe Biden’s time in the White House is winding down.

He’s giving Democrats more heartburn on his way out the door.

And Joe Biden gave one insane reason for a bad decision that left Democrats in disbelief.

Biden administration cites “indigenous knowledge” to stop oil drilling in Alaska

President Joe Biden declared war on American energy production on his first day in the White House.

The Biden administration has spent the last four years trying to stop mining and oil drilling in Alaska.

Oil drilling was halted on tens of millions of acres of land in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) and the National Petroleum Reserve-Alaska (NPR-A), oil and gas leases signed during the Trump administration were canceled, and Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) stopped a major mining project in the state.

Biden administration officials would justify these decisions as protecting the environment and helping the Native American communities in Alaska.

Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland cited “Indigenous Knowledge” in a decision to halt oil drilling on 13 million acres in NPR-A.

“President Biden is delivering on the most ambitious climate and conservation agenda in history,” Haaland claimed. “The steps we are taking today further that commitment, based on the best available science and in recognition of the Indigenous Knowledge of the original stewards of this area, to safeguard our public lands for future generations.”

The Biden administration likes to claim it’s making decisions in the best interest of Alaska’s Native American tribes and relying on “Indigenous knowledge,” but that isn’t the case.

Alaska’s Native American tribes upset over Biden’s war on energy

Voice of the Arctic Inupiat President Nagruk Harcharek represents Native American communities in the North Slope of Alaska.

He told the Daily Caller that the Biden administration ignored his group’s pitch for the benefit that energy production brought to the area.

“I started here in 2022. The first thing I did was try to get in there and make sure our voices were heard, because what we’re hearing from the administration is that we’re the most tribally-friendly administration in the history of the United States, right?” Harcharek explained. “At least from our perspective, that’s not our impression.”

Harcharek expressed frustration that Native Americans weren’t consulted on what was good for the environment and the North Slope.

“We’ve always tried to stress that we are part of the environment. We utilize it for subsistence hunting, for our culture, and it’s extremely important to us. We don’t need to be protected from our own environment,” Harcharek said. “We can make decisions and help administrations make decisions that are both good for the region and also good for the environment and good for the state, good for the nation.”

He would discover what was happening in Alaska from the news instead of the Biden administration.

“That just wasn’t the case. There was a lack of engagement, meaningful engagement,” Harcharek stated. “Oftentimes, we heard of policy changes in the news and not from phone calls from folks, even though everybody has our number.”

Voice of the Arctic Inupiat tried to meet with Secretary Haaland nine times but only managed to secure one meeting.

“Sometimes we didn’t even get a response from those emails, so saying that they’re the most tribally-friendly and then not speaking to most of our tribes or us in a timely manner or a meaningful manner, the just question is, who are you? Who considers you the most tribally friendly organization? Because it sure isn’t us, or we’re not getting that sentiment,” Harcharek added.

The Biden administration used phony support for Native Americans as cover for a war on energy production.
