KOMMONSENTSJANE – Minnesota Fraud and Accountability. This Must Happen and People Held Accountable.

The politicians have to prove to the American people that they are serious about eradicating corruption in the Democratic party/the government PERIOD. DOGE PROVED THIS. The voters want this done.

In order for this to happen the state will have to work around taking care of regular business while this happens. The best way is to install an investigating team in with the state folks and continue to work to clear this corruption. It is what is is. So get with it and don’t lolly-gag around.

The big news

The Trump administration is withholding $259 million in Medicaid funds from Minnesota following President Donald Trump’s vow to enact a “war on fraud” during his State of the Union address. Minnesota has been the target of the president’s ire following investigations into alleged fraud that may have resulted in the theft of billions of dollars in Medicaid funding overseen by the state government.

Vice President JD Vance said yesterday the move was “to ensure that the state of Minnesota takes its obligation seriously to be good stewards of the American people’s tax money.”

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) said the move was a partisan attack on a blue state that would “be devastating for veterans, families with young kids, folks with disabilities, and working people.”

(That is true and the American people are going to make that decision – do they want corrupt/terrorists/controlling this country. Until the people are put behind bars because they are still working to destroy this country. If the Democrats are voted back in – we are dead ducks.)

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) did not mince words mere minutes after Trump’s State of the Union address.

“If we lose the midterms, heaven forbid, it would be the end of the Trump presidency in a real effect,” Johnson said during an interview with Newsmax. “He needs all four years, not just two, to fix the mess. That is what we need.”

Johnson put plainly what many Republicans know: If the party loses the House in November, Trump’s presidency will effectively be over — not just because the president will struggle to pass anything in a divided government, but also because Democrats have already signaled that if they take back the House, the final two years of Trump’s time in office will be filled with investigations of the Republican administration.

Johnson’s comment was honest and ratchets up the pressure on House Republicans to defy the odds and somehow maintain a majority in the legislative chamber, a feat that even the most rosy Republican prognosticators think will probably be impossible come November.

Trump, too, is clearly aware of the peril he faces should voters buck his party in November, as well as the long odds his party faces.

“It’s some deep psychological thing, but when you win the presidency, you don’t win the midterms,” the president said in January.

And his State of the Union speech was a clear attempt to reframe the major issues concerning voters — namely, the economy and immigration — as the midterms ramp up.

Trump called Democrats “crazy” and “sick,” blaming them for “destroying our country” and lambasting them for not standing during an applause line centered on protecting Americans over undocumented immigrants. “You caused that problem,” he said, referring to the economy. To synthesize his entire argument: Democrats are to blame and Republicans are fixing it.

It’s a pitch that voters aren’t buying yet. A string of recent polls have found broad disapproval of Trump. One survey from The Washington Post released this month found that 57 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s handling of the economy, and 65 percent disapprove of his handling of inflation.

Johnson is not alone in making the link between the midterms and Trump’s future. Democrats, led by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (New York), are doing the same.

“Democrats are going to take back control of the House of Representatives, and we’re going to cut Donald Trump’s presidency in half legislatively,” Jeffries told journalist Jim Acosta last month.

All of this drives at one point: These midterms are going to be all about what Trump has (and hasn’t) done, and what the results will mean for his presidency.

Yes, these races will be influenced by local issues and campaign drama, but the nationalization of our politics makes it almost impossible for voters to go to the polls without Trump on their minds.

(It will be up to the people who vote; and,, if they vote for any Democrat – they are voting for the Progressive/Islam/terrorists. If that is what they elect than our country is lost because this attack on our country by the Democratic Party in Minnesota Party tells us they are not for our country but for the terrorists. There is no doubt about it. Just take a look at the Trump speech when only a few stood up when they were asked to stand up for our country and not illegals.

(Yes it was all put in place by Obama/Biden – the proof is evident.)_

For House Republicans, that means raising the stakes of the midterms and communicating clearly to their voters and donors that, if they want politics to continue as it has, they need to show up this year.

Democrats have the opposite message — that their party now has an opportunity to constrain a man many of their voters revile.

As for Trump, it’s all about him.

(Yes, it is all about the President because he was elected to clear the corruption. We can’t make it as a country with that kind of corruption.)

“You’ve got to win the midterms because, if we don’t win the midterms … they’ll find a reason to impeach me,” Trump said during a January speech at the House Republican policy retreat. “I’ll get impeached.”

****

The core object is to be sure no one cheats in the mid-terms and assign enough observers to be sure this happens, especially in the tech computer area which is filled with cheaters. We experience it every day while blogging. Right now in fact. they attack is through every step by changing and interrupting our blogging.

Over the weekend they completely wiped out my email system and only today am I back to full work.
