Whoever is working this for Biden is absolutely an idiot by working against the Constitution.
Biden DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN. What does this idiot know about anything. That is why our country is sky high in debt. These people absolutely have no idea on how the government works.
Biden’s group are all WOKE DEI folks.
Time for a change. They keep doing the same HEAD KNOCKING/SPINNING THEIR WHEELS in the same mud puddle.

A U.S. District Judge on Thursday issued a temporary block on President Joe Biden’s latest student debt forgiveness plan, following a lawsuit filed by seven Republican-led states seeking to stop it.
Judge J. Randal Hall of Augusta, Georgia, ruled that the states had shown a strong likelihood of proving that the Education Department lacked the authority to cancel student loans under the plan, which the states argued was close to being implemented.
