Was this a “hit and run?” Now, has she left the scene/spoils of the accident on purpose? Is he blaming the wrong people for his problem?

People are still in jail without a hearing. Maybe Mr. Ray who is not in jail – can clear up the scene since he knows the truth and then they can release these people since they are not criminals. Remember real criminals are not being pu in jail. What part did BLM/Antifa play?
