America First Legal, a judicial watchdog organization, has revealed that the Biden White House provided a “special access request” to the Department of Justice (DOJ), allowing them to access potentially classified material at Mar-a-Lago.
This recent development has sparked outrage as NARA records reveal how misleading the National Archives were to Congress during the FBI investigation. The DOJ, acting on behalf of the Biden White House, was able to obtain the Trump records, which may have indirectly led to the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. It’s concerning that the Biden Administration and DOJ coordinated in such a manner which was potentially illegal when it comes to “current business” conducted by the White House.
