TAG: Telephone Answering
Complaining has never been my strong suit; but, it is a constant problem when you call a business that the person’s voice is so soft or they talk ninety miles an hour without any stop for a breath of air.
Businesses – would you please train your people on – HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE?
They need to take a test on the people who are answering their business phones.
