Plain and simple – Biden is corrupt and took the payoff from the One World Order and Hungary didn’t.
Can Congress explain why President Biden is allowed to refuse enforcing existing USA border laws?
Because the Democrats are in control of all three broken legs of the stool and are not using the Constitution – they are using socialists tactics. Plain and simple.
This is nothing new – remember in Europe when Europe was moving people around that part of the world and only one country had the guts to stand up (Hungary built a wall and would not allow these illegals in because they did not want their culture changed. Brave people.)
Biden doesn’t care what happens to the U.S. since he doesn’t have too much time left. Remember – he stated – America is not first in his book. That’s okay – he is not first in our books either.
Biden will be the last on the ladder of greats and was placed in the position by a stolen 2020 election.

A Chicago Tribune columnist Op Ed titled: Clarence Page: What’s the Supreme Court’s Title 42 case about? Hint: It’s not the pandemic, reported a Supreme Court Justice statement:
“The current border crisis is not a COVID crisis,” he said. “And courts should not be in the business of perpetuating administrative edicts designed for one emergency only because elected officials have failed to address a different emergency. We are a court of law, not policymakers of last resort.”
A Washington Examiner Columnist article titled: ` Biden’s Open Borders Immigration Policy — Why? stated:
“While Trump was questioned and mocked over his immigration policies, so far, the Biden administration has gotten away with just waving aside questions.”
