Supreme Court Keeps Defeating Biden In Court

(RoyalPatriot.com )- While Joe Biden’s first year in office has been plagued by several crushing losses at the hands of the US Supreme Court, last week’s defeat of his OSHA vaccine mandate may be the most crushing yet.

Last Thursday in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court blocked OSHA from enforcing Biden’s vaccine-or-test mandate for businesses with over 100 employees. Biden’s private employer mandate was a key part of his COVID-19 policy and one the White House was confident would survive in the Supreme Court.

But that loss is just the latest in a series of rebukes from the Court.

In August, the Supreme Court voted 6-3 to overturn the President’s eviction moratorium, that boneheaded pandemic-era policy initially enacted by President Trump and extended twice by President Biden.

Even the White House admitted in July that it did not have the legal authority to extend the moratorium. But since not having the legal authority never stops this administration, the CDC went ahead and extended the moratorium until October, until the Court blocked them.

Also in August, the Court ruled that the Biden administration’s attempts to get rid of the Trump-era “Remain in Mexico” policy violated federal law.

In January 2019, the Trump administration established the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) or “Remain in Mexico” policy that returned migrants to Mexico while they awaited their asylum hearings rather than keeping them in the United States. The Trump White House presented the policy as an important part of its efforts to end the idiotic “catch and release” program and stem the influx of illegal immigration.

The open-borders crowd hated “Remain in Mexico” and claimed that having illegal aliens wait in Mexico was “cruel” and put them at risk of violence and exploitation.

But the program also worked perfectly. Border crossings dropped and the flow of illegals was stemmed.

Joe Biden campaigned against “Remain in Mexico” and attempted to get rid of it immediately after he was inaugurated. But his attempts to “executive order” it out of existence were blocked by federal appeals courts after both Texas and Missouri sued.

The Biden administration has been dragging its feet in restarting “Remain in Mexico.” In December the administration asked the Supreme Court if it was required to continue the policy.
