Whiner – a person given to excessive complaints and crying and whining. grumbler, moaner, sniveller, squawker, bellyacher, complainer, crybaby. disagreeable person, Unpleasant person – a person who is not pleasant or agreeable.
The world is my oyster & I have feasted on its welcome signs. The hotels have been my source for food and comfort and people are my trials & tribulations.
