During the debate at one point he seemed to be getting frustrated, he reached inside that area like he was either scratching or adjusting that area.

Is there someone who can verify it is not just a wrinkle in his shirt?

    I replayed it in slow motion. It appeared he reached inside his jacket and turned something with his fingers but the wire could be a shadow. He did have notes on the podium and folded them in half and put them in his jacket when finished. Trump didn’t have paperwork to refer to. Was he allowed to have speeches in front of him to memorize? Never seen this before. Hillary never had papers to refer to.
