KOMMONSENTSJANE – CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER IN REGARDS TO RETIRED OFFICERS’ LETTERS.

Clear and present danger was a doctrine adopted by the Supreme Court of the United States to determine under what circumstances limits can be placed on First Amendment freedoms of speech, press, or assembly. The test was replaced in 1969 with Brandenburg v. Ohio’s “imminent lawless action” test.

Also, the Insurrection Act and Article 88.

After listening to the following video by former JAG Officer Richard Black, we need to hear from U.S. Secretary of Defense Mark Esper/General Mark Milley and what disciplinary actions are going to be taken against the RETIRED/military officials who have made statements disparaging President Trump.
