I don’t believe in kicking a man when he is down, but, when he is a candidate for the presidency of the United States the gloves must come off. Knowing the mental capacity (state of) of a candidate is absolute necessary and that would include President Trump.

I’d pay to see Biden and Trump sit down in the same room with the same crossword puzzle with 30 minutes to complete. Let it be the closing remarks of their first debate, and say no more. Would Biden even know where to start? I’d love to see how he filled in the blanks.
