On June 12, 2011, soloist Alfredo Anaya performs The Typewriter for orchestra, with conductor Miguel Roa, at the Concierto “Voces para la Paz”, Músicos Solidarios, Auditorio Nacional de Música de Madrid, Spain.

The Typewriter, a short composition featuring an actual typewriter as a percussion instrument, was composed by American composer Leroy Anderson (1908-1975) who completed the work on October 9, 1950.
