Americans actually fall in love with the candidates they support and were mesmerized by this leader who with his podium, teleprompter, and words of sway brought people to what they thought would be a new era.

Now after six years with the awakening of the truth, the thud is being echoed throughout the world.

So now what should they do – they are moving the affection into a tender passion for the products they dispense. Americans of every period have our gimmicks; but, who are the heroes of today – it seems no one wants to be the role model. With each election we search for that “Camelot” who will take us into the next century because up to now, he or she has evaded us. Shall we put an ad in the newspaper or the ads on the internet? How do you spot people and identify a leader? Is there something magic about this process? But who is out there that can meet these qualifications?

Management is about coping with complexity. Its practices and procedures are largely a response to one of the most significant developments of the twentieth century. Without good management, complex enterprises tend to become chaotic in ways that threaten their very existence. Good management brings a degree of order and consistency to key dimensions.

Leadership, by contrast is about coping with change. Part of the reason it has become so important in recent years is that the world has become more competitive and more volatile. Major changes are more and more necessary to survive and compete effectively in this new environment. More change always demands more leadership.

Consider a simple military analogy: a peacetime army can usually survive with good administration and management up and down the hierarchy, coupled with good leadership concentrated at the very top. A wartime army, however, needs COMPETENT leadership at all levels. No one yet has figured out how to manage people effectively into battle – they must be led.

So, please, don’t be misled in November, 2020, we are at a tipping point in our country.

A vote for any Democrat takes us into SOCIALISM.

The Democrats who call themselves Democrats but are foreigners AND who are following OBUMMER’S coup which means they are trying to remove the Constitution like they did during OBUMMER’S time in office and put in its place SHARIA LAW and we almost lost our freedom. We are now waiting for the results of the investigation from AG Barr to show that Obama/Hillary Clinton/Comey, et al, committed treason against our country and its people.

If they would only listen to the voice of reason who knows:
