Some of these people in the video are educators and teaching our children.  Now we know what the problem is – is it dumb and dumber?  Experience has shown that our  Republican educators K through 12 seem to have more common sense than the Democrats.  And then you have the colleges – who are lacking in Conservative educators due to the systemic discrimination in hiring practices –  are representative of Democrats in this video.  Time to bring in more Conservatives in the colleges to balance out these people.

President Trump’s new Executive Order  which challenges the colleges by instituting freedom of speech on college campuses to the amount of taxpayer funds they receive.  A good start; but, the colleges have to be sued to challenge these professors’ lack of free speech against the Constitution which gives everyone a right to free speech with the exception of being responsible for what you say – which has always been the law.

The American people have not challenged these college professors and that must be done since the bulk of them are Socialists.  Because of their laziness – they don’t even show up for their classes and hire a substitute.

Dumber –  Define Dumber.

Dumb in the sense “lacking the power of speech” is perceived as insulting when describing humans (but not animals), probably because dumb also means “stupid; dull-witted” which is expressed in this video.
