Why is this allowed – the FBI/DOJ continually redact entirely too much information that doesn’t need to be – just because they can. It has been proven that when they state “for national security” they are lying. It is time to bring these people under control and Director Wray is complicit in this. They are still trying to keep information from the public.
The FBI, with the backing of the Department of Justice, is seeking to keep the bureau’s justification for their raid on a government informant’s home secret. When he was under the Whistleblower’s sanctions – the FBI had no right to enter this man’s home – even with a judge’s approval. Something still smells to high Heaven.

U.S. Attorney Robert Hur made the appeal in a letter to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, which the court produced for The Daily Caller News Foundation when their reporters requested the FBI explain its rationale for raiding the home of DOJ whistleblower Dennis Nathan Cain.
Cain lawfully turned over documents regarding the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One scandal to the DOJ’s inspector general’s office, who in turn delivered them to the House and Senate intelligence committees.
The Daily Caller’s Richard Pollock has more:
The documents could potentially reveal whether the bureau and the magistrate who signed the court order allowing the raid, Stephanie A. Gallagher, knew that the subject was, according to his lawyer, a recognized whistleblower.
Sixteen FBI agents raided Dennis Cain’s Union Bridge, Maryland, home on Nov. 19 for six hours, even though Cain told them that he was a recognized whistleblower and handed classified documents over to the agents.
The documents Cain possessed reportedly showed that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and the Russian company that purchased Uranium One.
Cain gave the documents to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, who had a senior official from his office hand-deliver them to the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, according to Cain’s layer, Michael Socarras.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) demanded FBI Director Christopher Wray explain his agents’ actions and disclose whether or not they knew of Cain’s status as a protected whistleblower.

Wray has until tomorrow to comply.
Sadly, I have been disheartened by our once great FBI. The agents that were involved with the government recently have dirtied the agency, totally. I know there are good agents, but it’s the dirty ones that have dirtied them. They cannot be trusted.
