As we know, this is a religious war and the U.S. (Bush I and II) made a mistake by getting the world involved. It is time the Muslims resolve their own conflict. The U.S. has been doing the heavy lifting with their men and money and if Germany/France/Great Britain want to participate that is fine – go for it; but, up to now it has been the U.S. soldiers who have been on the front lines while the other three have been back at the base tending the fireplace.

I like your blog, but this ‘America first’ thing is getting sickening…if your President says (correctly) ‘there is nothing in this for us’ …likewise so should Britain resound those words……..we have been an american puppy dog of far too long…as I’m sure the boys from up Helmand will tell you…why should UK be an ally at all of the sick satanic led USA

Our country is wasting too much money outside the country trying to please others with this global and wealth distribution and not taking care of our people and infrastructure. (America First/). We are far behind other countries. Problem is that the Dem’s are trying to make this a socialist country. Beginning with Bush I/ Clinton/Bush II/Obama tried to destroy this country. I like the Constitution and law and order – a burqa is not my idea of a woman’s dress.
