For starters:

Obama led our country in a time that I never dreamed would happen in America – that a person so inept would lead our country.

Obama was not a symptom – he was the darkest leader in our country’s history. The politics of corruption that he led turned our institutions into bastions of idiocracy. He turned our government into corruption and dishonesty never before seen.

And he returns to the podium to make us think – he was the best not the worst. If that is suppose to be Obama’s joke – then this is the best I can do:
