Yes, Connecticut has caught the liberal disease and infected by the Obama cult. We must first disinfect our voter registration roles which is where the disease starts and becomes infected and then by instituting a voter PHOTO ID WITH A FINGER PRINT to prove you are a legit voter. All of this should be on a paper ballot and not a computer vote since this country is infected with computer fraud by those who chose to CHEAT.

After this,our country should be back on a path of legality.
