Base line starters should be an IQ test for all involved and then go from there and see where the real story stands. When she states “POLICE” that covers the waterfront. She doesn’t state that she hates one policeman.
When you start out with the “hate” button – where do you go from there? There is no “like” button available.
This disqualifies her for the job of city council member – she is suppose to represent the CITY – all people.
