In the past the feminists did NOT care – IF YOU HAD THE RIGHT POLITICS. Betty Friedan argued that Clinton’s “enemies are attempting to bring him down through allegations about some dalliance with an intern… Whether it’s a fantasy, a set-up, or true, I simply don’t care.”
Watching the Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky debacle on TV last night was very interesting in that it told you how Hillary and Bill operated, especially with Betty Currie – Bill’s secretary. Currie was Monica’s enabler which I am sure was given instructions from Bill when to clear his calendar. That is – when he was tired of the political grind – he amused himself with Monica.
My question is, having worked in a large corporation for many years – how did Monica leave her job at the Pentagon during the day to monkey around with Bill.
The impression that came across was these people must not have daily duties and do not have to be at their desk. It is not like the Pentagon is in the same building. From the movie it reflected that some of this hanky panky was done at night.
From the story and the news – Bill’s womanizing did not stop after he left the White House.
Where are all of these feminists today?
