If that is common practice – then it tells me as the saying goes – FAMILIARITY BREEDS CONTEMPT.

For what reason – WOULD IT BE COMMON PRACTICE FOR CONYERS TO BE WALKING AROUND HIS STAFF IN HIS UNDERWEAR?

Is that the way congressmen or senators respect their staff AND CONDUCTS BUSINESS? Or is that just lowering the bar of morality to LET Conyers go to the next lower level called GROUP SEX?

He could have worn a robe to show respect for his staff or is this the way the black caucus operates?
