Subject: NFL IDIOTS DITTY

Following is a poem from my friend, Marge.

The poem below was written by a college classmate of a friend of mine (signed) and I think his suggestion is spot on!

I suggest we boycott the NFL advertisers. The best and  quickest way to fix this problem IS to hit them in their pocketbooks!

Here’s a little ditty I wrote for the NFL idiots:

Oh, say can you see

By the football field lights,

How shamefully they kneel,

When they should stand upright.

They complain and they groan

With their money in the bag,

That they’re somehow mistreated,

So they dishonor the Flag.

They’re great big strong men

But they’re little inside.

For our National Anthem

They have no pride.

They dishonor our vets

And the men who have died.

They dishonor our Nation,

They’re on the wrong side.

So when you see these guys kneel

instead of standing up straight,

keep your cash in your pocket,

As you pass the ticket gate.

Don’t watch the TV,

When they come on to play,

Don’t give them a dime

Of your hard earned pay.

I’ve watched my last game

‘Til they learn to be smart

And stand at attention

With their hand on their heart!
