This is the normal way a dictator lives. He lives high on the hog and the peasants live among the squalor. The people pay the high taxes, the city is in disrepair, and he spends the taxpayer money.  Surely, the New York taxpayer can come up with a better candidate for mayor of New York besides a slovenly dictator.  The people deserve better than they are gettin’ or do they have themselves to blame?
