Yep – this is how seriously this mayor takes the death of his citizens in Chiraq.  What was his thought?  Just one more less body to feed?  Undoubtedly, this finger wave he gives to the citizens is only an indication of his lack of caring and actually doing something for the people.  Par for the course – they will probably elect him again – cause the “right” people will be counting the votes.

Just can’t help them who won’t help themselves – been doing that for 200 years.  As my democrat friend says, “born a democrat and gonna die a democrat.  In Chiraq, it could be just any day if you are in the right place at the right time.
