White House chief strategist Steve Bannon and Jared Kushner, senior adviser to President Donald Trump, held a meeting to work out their differences that had dominated headlines in recent days. The president ordered the two to meet after arriving at his Florida estate over the weekend, Politico reported Friday.
Though the two had been allies for months, disagreements between them have surfaced over policy, according to people in the Trump administration.
Bannon leans towards a more combative populist approach, while Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, has a more politically moderate style.
Each have accused the other of planting negative stories in the press as their rift has grown in recent days.
The answer is YES. But there are some important facts you need to know first..
Media reports hint that Bannon and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus could fall as part of a White House shakeup.
White House communications director Michael Dubke declined to comment on the story.

Kushner has to understand that the President was not elected for a politically moderate style – but for his combative populist approach. If the President loses these people – he loses his base. Republicans are tired of being the patsy and being nice to Democrats. My question is – is Kushner a Republican or a RINO?
America was tired of losing with politicians and voted a businessman into office to run the country as a business not as a giveaway government and tons of employees who don’t work (Obama’s lifestyle). We want the politicians gone and the budget and employees slashed to bare bones. Drain the swamp.
But more so, WE WANT TERM LIMITS FOR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS. We also want the working rules changed – so that employees can be fired who are not doing their job or are incompetent – too many free loaders.
It is also necessary to treat all of them equally – not special treatment because you are kin.
