It is time for that to happen so that we know who we have in this country.
It is time we start buckling down on immigration. The reason being – we need people who have skills to work and not come in without any skills and jump on welfare. In the past, people were only allowed to come in who either had a sponsor who would take care of them, monetarily, or who could support themselves. Time to get back to the real world and be sure we have America’s security in place and the person will assimilate to the values of the country. The persons entering ALSO need to the tested for their IQ.
