Very specifically points to one federal law, Title 18, Section 2071. For those of us who do not have United States code code committed to memory, here’s what it says, “(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”
Yes, it explicitly states “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States,” Shouldn’t voters know that? The media won’t tell them. So it’s up to us. Can you help hold Hillary accountable?
Please pass this on. Everyone considering voting for Clinton had better look in the mirror and ask: Do I really want this woman as our president. Would I want this woman as a daughter-in-law? Do I really want to give my country over to the United Nations so they can tell us what we can and cannot do. To be able to control how our citizens are treated under their law?
Think, again, America. You will not get another chance to keep your freedom.

Jane – section (a) says “with intent’ and section (b) says, “willfully” which means intent. So your logic is flawed literally.
But your logic was already flawed figuratively anyway because Comey did not say she didn’t break the law. Comey said that he did not believe that the government had a case that would stand up in court – therefore he would not recommend that charges be brought.
Relax, Jane. Take a breath. Justice will prevail. The wheels turn slowly but grind very fine. And the Lord moves in mysterious ways.

Sorry we disagree. My logic might be flawed in your eyes; but, the end result – Hillary broke the law whether Comey believes it or not. I believe they call that lying in my books. Thank you for your comment.

My suggestion is that you reconsider the position expressed in your thought, “You will not get another chance to keep your freedom.” My suggestion is that after the election and after the newly elected President takes office, the country will need to heal. We still need to live together somehow. No one thinks of diversity as divisiveness as much as I. No one holds a higher disdain for the corruption that is Obama, Holder, Lynch, Hillary and so forth – turning our Constitutional Republic on its ear. You and I do not disagree. I only want you to understand the “end result” as you describe it, is this: Justice shall prevail.
