What is wrong with these scientist?  What d0es the Obama administration want to do – create more idiots to be Democrats,   Spending money that we don’t have or borrowed money for something we don’t need is absolutely mindless –  just like these rats they produced.  This is abuse of the highest power to animals and these scientists should be fired.  They are playing  with fire..

Congress needs to step up to the plate for a change and stop this expenditure.
