Another brutal rape and the government’s response is “ho hum?”  The Pope says to treat these animals “humane and just” – we have tried the humane part and found out these animals are not a part of the human race and then the just part of it isn’t happening – because the police or ICE aren’t doing their part.  Did the Pope say he was going to retire after two years?  Are we there yet?
