Even though we successfully pressured the Obama Administration to recognize this “genocide in Chicago,” he nor the Mayor Emanuel have taken any action. Yet, Obama is legally obligated to act to stop this carnage.   Is this a deliberate act by the Dem’s to clean out Chicago before Obama builds his Library?
