“Why” is a word used in asking a question? In today’s world the stress factor seems to be attached to a lot of people who are asking, WHY am I so stressed? I find stress as the main cause of our problems and when that happen you have to release the stress by reducing your workload if it is possible, Remember you can please some of the people some of the time. But, you can’t please all of the people all of the time.
