President Obama is one of the most lawless Presidents ever.

In a major development, the Supreme Court has just agreed to decide whether his illegal and unconstitutional Executive overreach on immigration will stand. We’re taking direct action at the Supreme Court to defeat it.

President Obama isn’t a king. He doesn’t get to “change the law” when he doesn’t get his way.

We’ve been battling President Obama’s imperialism – and winning – for years. We beat back his unconstitutional non-recess appointments with a unanimous Supreme Court decision. We helped reverse his refusal to award Purple Hearts to heroes in the War on Terror.

We’ve filed numerous amicus briefs and helped block President Obama’s Executive overreach on immigration at each step of this case.

Now we’re preparing to file a critical amicus brief on behalf of numerous Members of Congress at the Supreme Court.

We’re facing the Obama Administration’s unlimited – taxpayer-funded – resources. We can stop President Obama’s illegal actions.
