BREAKING NEWS: 113 Members of Congress Fight to STOP OBAMA in a BIG WAY!
This is big news! 113 members of the Congress – which includes Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Ted Cruz (R-TX), and John Cornyn (R-TX), along with House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and many others have joined together to tell a federal judge that President Obama’s unconstitutional and illegal amnesty plan must be stopped!
Obama has granted amnesty to 5 million illegal aliens who broke America’s law, and the Congress is standing up to him in a big way:
Our position is clear – President Obama’s executive action is unconstitutional and impermissibly disrupts the separation of powers,” said Jay Sekulow, of the American Center for Law and Justice.
His organization is representing those 113 members of Congress – and nearly a quarter-million other Americans “who understand President Obama’s overreach amounted to changing the law.” The friend-of-the-court pleading was submitted to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which now is considering the dispute.
“This is simply unacceptable. Impatient presidents don’t get to change the law. We’re confident that the appeals court will correctly conclude that President Obama’s action is unlawful and unconstitutional and will upholding the findings of the district court,” Sekulow said.
The organization filed on behalf of the members of Congress and others in a lawsuit that was brought against the president by several dozen states.
This is good news! Obama’s radical agenda on illegal immigration has gone unchecked for too long. He created an immigration crisis for political purposes, and has purposefully kept America unsafe.

Could they maybe stand up against the Patriot Act Reauthorization, NSA spying, and the 4th Amendment? Everyone check your rights today and then tell me what is more important. I am 5,000% less free than I was on September 10, 2001, Al Qaeda is even larger, and no Republican seems that worried about it. They care about who gays marry and illegal immigrants. No illegal immigrant violated my right to privacy, spied on me, robbed me of 32% of my income, or regulated most of my state’s family farms out of business.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the spying and phone tapping is illegal and this bill is due to expire in June and hopefully the Act will not be reissued. We have to vote all of these communists and muslims out of office – they are the ones who are doing this to us – they are in both parties. kommonsentsjane
