The ACLU has filed a suit to end prayer from the military completely. They are making great progress. The Navy Chaplains can no longer mention Jesus’ name in prayer thanks to the ACLU and others. The people who voted and the people who did not go to the polls because they are so disgusted with this administration prove that a problem can be solved by the people. Thanks again to all and now it is time to roll up our sleeves and start putting things back in place – like Christianity and the Bible.
This leader has to understand once and for all – this country is a Christian nation whether he likes it or not. One of the first things that the Congress and the Senate need to do is to start out by giving back our troops their Bibles, giving the Defense Department enough money to bring them back up to the standards they were before this leader reduced our standards, giving all Chaplains and soldiers the right to pray in the military, regardless of what religion, and giving them the care they need when they return from duty to their home towns and make the Veterans Administration do what they are being paid or fire all of them and put people in the jobs who will perform their duties. This message is for Congress and the Senate that we want the troops to have their Bibles.
The next step is our schools. Our children are not allowed to recite The Lord’s Prayer, not allowed to bring a Bible to school, not allowed to wear a Christian themed T-Shirt, not allowed to have Bible study classes at school, and not allowed to display a picture of Jesus. But yet, but yet, Hilliard, Ohio, has a special room for Muslims to pray.
Where are all of these “christian-hating, separation of church and state” atheists? Why aren’t they lining up to sue the federal government over the use of federal tax dollars to promote a religion in our public schools? Didn’t the current administration announce a federally funded nationwide Muslim outreach program for children grades K thru 12 on February 1, 2014. In fact, school credit can be received – for example – if Becky has a D+ in math, she can simply take a three-week after school class on the Quran and now Becky has an A in math. How great is that? Do we do this for other cultures and religions? No! Do we federally fund religion for other religions? No! We have two choices – have this available for all religions or none.
Please let your representative that we want this resolved once and for all!
These inequities have to stop and the Congress has to take the first step to correct them since they have the power of the purse.
Following is a prayer which I hope that everyone that reads this will say for our troops:
Dear Lord, Hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. In Jesus’ name.
Following is a video of how chaplains assist the troops in time of battle :
