Our leader has decided to put immigration reform on the back burner until after the November, 2014, election. He knows the American people are very unhappy with him about immigration and not following the law with the borders wide open and 90,000 children being fostered around the country at this moment and not telling anyone where they are being sent since the towns are turning them away on arrival. My question is, why didn’t he pass this reform when he had the House and Senate. According to the media, he could walk on water with sky-high ratings, 257 Democrats in the House, and a filibuster-proof majority of 60 Democrats in the Senate so why didn’t immigration happen?
What happened – he was too busy giving out all of this money to Solendra, et all, that he did not have time for the Hispanics. He was not worried, he did not need them any longer. He promised; but, immediately after being sworn in he started craw-fishing telling everyone that it was not a top priority. Why even Senator Harry Reid said it was going to happen so that put immigration back on the front burner. In 2009, Obama said he had a lot on his plate and immigration would have to wait – and then 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 all came and went. Now he tells them that he will do it with an executive order after the election. Up to now, it seems the best executive decision he has made in six years was that new khaki suit.
