Listening to the media this morning about the American who was fighting with the terrorists and has been killed always makes me pause. Why would a person convert to the Muslim faith and then fight in a group within the Muslim faith fighting another Muslim faith?  What is it that they can’t all agree on?  I still think they all need to have their IQ’s tested because they have to be retarded and brain-washed to fight this fight –  no one in their right mind would fight their own faith?  

It seems there is a quandary in the government about how to handle these approximately 100 people who have left America and are now fighting with a terrorist organization in the Middle East.  Why is it such a problem?  We know who these people are – so why not just revoke their passports?  What about all of the British fighters who have committed the same crime by fighting with the terrorists.  They know who these people are – so just put them on the “no fly list.”  Plain and simple!  

They have committed treason against their country.  Section 3 of the Constitution states:  ” Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.  No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.”  It seems the whole world is the witness – just let the government do their job – which seems hard to do because common sense seems to be absent.
