The following video is a retired border patrol agent discussing the security on the Border between the U.S. and Mexico.  He describes the asymmetric warfare that is actually being waged against the citizens of our country.  Does this have any commonality with the border agents being 25 or 35 miles from the border?

The definition of asymmetric warfare is war between belligerents whose relative military power differs significantly or whose strategy or tactics differs significantly.
