What is up with the baggy pants? All of us know this fad started in prison because belts were not allowed and then the fashion was picked up by the hip-hop culture and the urban youth. If someone wants to walk around with their pants dragging the ground and their body walking around inside their seat pant material, I am okay with it until I see the continental divide of their derriere. That is going a little too far. My suggestion is for these fellows who want to walk around wallowing in their pants is to buy a pair of suspenders which will help with non-exposure.
There are some cities who don’t want residents to be caught with their pants down and are passing an ordinance which is called public indecency. The first offense fine is $25 and subsequent offenses are $50. The way most women see it, they like to see the curvature of a man’s waste and butt and how cutely it fills out his pants. A man in baggy pants just does not sizzle. Are these artists just trying to upset the apple cart for women with their desire to change fashion?
