The minimum wage was one the topics of our leaders Saturday’s fireside chat and his fact that women are ringing up only seventy-seven (77) cents for every dollar a man makes –  which is not true.  We have heard that sermon on a number of occasions; and, I betcha two for one that  fellow has no idea how much any woman makes. It is also important to take into consideration that women might not work full-time and do take time off to have children.  I think the facts of any case have to be taken into consideration. Having worked in compensation during a part of my career at a large corporation – salary is based on years of services, work performance/ranking, and group ranking.   Do you think this has anything to do with the upcoming election.  They played that old game “war on women” during the last campaign – the difference was it was about abortion where they were proud of killing 1.3 million babies in this country  and nine dollar birth control pills?  Oh, and just a reminder, when did you check out the pay scale for women at the White House?  It seems you need to get the White House in order before calling out others.

It looks like our leader is sucking it up and logging “flyer’s miles” to fill the Socialist Democratic coffers.  He keeps talking about pay inequality for women!  As usual he is putting the cart before the horse.  Why isn’t he working with Congress to produce some jobs – like signing off on the Keystone pipeline instead of wasting all of that jet fuel flying around the country?  Then all of these supposedly unequally paid women, plus the men, would have some high-paying jobs.  Then he would have something to crow about.  Do you think he is trying to play the magician by talking about this subject instead of “Obamacare.”  No, Mr. supposedly leader, come November we will not only think about Obamacare – which we have to live with every day, we will think about your job performance in total – domestically and internationally. The best thing you have done  for America so far is visit the Pope!

The leader’s chat this morning is still stuck on chirping about women’s versus men’s wages which he continues to “ride that wave of identity politics” and “never deviates from the core message.”  The voters are in distress over Obamacare and have tuned him out.  We haven’t forgotten that Obamacare with all of those high-priced deductible insurance policies continues to keep stealing from Medicare and is shutting down Medicare Advantage in order to prop up Obamacare.   How will the people tackle and block  Obamacare?   From listening to the speech, it sounded like the sparkle has turned to a fizz!
