The airplane is still missing with 239 people on board and so far – no where to be found. My thought process is people and airlines should start thinking how we can work around these airlines and countries to be sure we do not have one of these fanatics flying their planes. How can a passenger be assured that the pilot of the plane you are on will not be one of these fanatics or that one of the passengers is not one of these fanatics? At this time the only answer is – stay at home or travel by car. An example is that Air Canada is not flying to Venezuela because of the unrest in that country. I think the State Department and our airlines need to do a little soul-searching for the American travelers. We need to follow Japan’s strategy in dealing with these fanatics which I posted earlier.
