We can all remember the Al Gore 10-year “scorching” prophecy which ended as a grand hoax  and made him a millionaire.  Wasn’t he the same fellow that swore he invented the internet?  It seems the Senate Democrats (Reid’s pack) thought that hoax was so successful they are going to replay that scene.  A team of 28 Senate Democrats set up a “climate talk-a-thon” to suck up to a mega donor  who is offering millions to the party to drum up climate change.  The fact that not one single bill or even a set of bills concerning climate is on the Senate floor makes one suspicious.  The other fact is the global temperatures have declined over the last decade – ask any New Yorker!  The  “28 Climate Tears” were kept cozy by the Capital Building’s coal-fired power plant during their talk-a-thon  which mainly covered unscientific talk about baseball and carbon taxes (you might know taxes would enter the picture).    I betcha POTUS’ vacation carbon footprints are more than most small towns and how many carbon footprints hang on to each of these 28 climate tears each day.  Even one of the participators recited that he could recall driving to Hawaii and was promptly corrected – there is an ocean between the mainland and Hawaii.   And, these are Senators?  Where does China and India, who are the largest polluters in the world,  fit into this picture? 

March 13, 2014 – Add On!

The analogy that Shumer gave on the Senate floor was if you went to two doctors and they told you that you were sick and 99 doctors told you that you were not sick.  Who would you believe?  Sir, none, because my insurance would not pay for but  one visit and I would have to pay for the second opinion.   They would probably tell me in the end that I need a psychological examination if I needed 101 doctors to tell me the same thing.  So when should we set up your appointment for your psychological exam.  You sir, insult the American people’s intelligence by your statement. 

You would think with our ballooning debt, the lack of economic growth, the healthcare debacle, and high unemployment – global warming would  be the last subject on the menu.  Americans know what is going on within this body and “we shall see – says the blind man.”   Everyone knows climate change is the last thing on the American people’s plate at this time.  The polls reflect that 51 percent of the American people are not concerned about the climate according to the latest polls.  The spectacle  was that this body of people were demanding action from a branch of government they control and made no mention or could relate as to what they were demanding.  The moral to the story – it is all about stealing more money from the American people with a continuing hoax called climate change.
