It is happening right before our eyes every day and we are allowing it.  It seems these activist judges are changing the rules of the road without any input or output from the people whose lives they are changing.  How can one (1) judge rule for a given state that a particular law will be changed.  Laws can only be changed by the will of the people through a voting process.  This is happening more and more.  The one that really tears me apart is when a state has gone through a voting process and the will of the people has been stated; and, you have an activist judge overturns the will of the people.  How can this be?
