KOMMONSENTSJANE – MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE.

Is there anybody out there that likes peanut brittle?  If so, following is a recipe that is quick, easy, and cooked in the microwave.

1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup unsalted raw peanuts, 1/2 cup light Karo syrup.  Cook 7-8 minutes on high.  Stir twice during the 7-8 minutes.  Remove from the microwave.  Add 1 teaspoon of margarine and 1 teaspoon vanilla.  Then cook 2-3 minutes.  Remove from microwave.  Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda.  Stir in.  Lastly, pour on wax paper in cookie sheet.  Let cool.  Enjoy!
