This post is directed at all business people in America.  It seems our educators do not want to teach skills to our young people as has been indicated in our system.  So, it will be up to the business community to take the necessary steps to incorporate this as a part of your business – even if it is only one person in your company. 

We need to set up entry-level jobs for young people to learn various trades in whatever type of business you run.  Examples:  culinary, welding, plumbing, welding, and the rest you can figure out.  This country is running short of skilled labor.  So all of you business people – put on your thinking caps, get together with your “business round table,” and see what you can do to help the country out.  Go around the educational system and do it yourself – I beg you!
