It seems our IRS department made a few miscues in payments.  The figures are astronomical.  It seems $11.6 billion to $14.0 billion was sent out to people erroneously and they report there is no way  the money can be retrieved.  It seems a lot of the money went to convicts in prison.  That is just one department!  Just another day in paradise.
